JOHN NKUM – BOARD CHAIRMAN (non executive)

John Nkum has over 35 years international consulting experience in process facilitation, organization development, project cycle management, and executive coaching.

He has undertaken several assignments in these fields within Africa and Europe for the German Development Cooperation (GIZ), the British Department for International Development (DFID), the World Bank, UNDP, EU, AfDB, IFAD, AFD, KfW, UNICEF, and many other international development agencies. Mr Nkum has also facilitated organization development and change management processes, including whole system change, team building, group dynamics retreats, multi-stakeholder dialogue processes and executive coaching for many national and international development agencies; and also for corporate bodies such as IBM, Cadbury, Merchant Bank, Ghana Ltd., Ecobank, Multimedia Ghana, and other corporate institutions in Ghana.

John Nkum is a Partner of Jonno Hanafin Associates, New Jersey, USA, in which capacity he has facilitated a number of Leadership Development processes in IBM, along with other OD assignments.  He is a founding Partner of GestaltOD Partners LLC, a US-based organization delivering the International Gestalt Organization and Leadership Development (iGOLD) program. John Nkum has served as faculty, and is also a member of the Founders’ Circle of the Organization & Systems Development Integrative Study Centre, Ohio, USA, and a certified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) since 1998. He is the founder and Executive Director of Nkum Associates, a consulting firm, and the Organization Development Centre-Ghana, a non-profit entity offering consulting, training and capacity development in OD and project management, and has trained about 100 GestaltOD practitioners in Ghana and over 350 internationally.

He has a Masters Degree in Development Planning and Management (1988), and a number of Post Graduate certificates in Gestalt Approach to Organisation and System Development, Gestalt Approach to working with intimate systems, Executive Coaching, and Process Oriented Supervision in Multicultural Contexts.  He is also an ordained and gazetted Reverend Minister, and the Senior Associate Pastor, second in charge of the Tesano Baptist Church in Accra, Ghana, where he volunteers his services in preaching, teaching, counselling and couples/family therapy.



Frederick Amuaful is the Chief Executive Officer of Perfect Time Micro-Credit Services. He holds Master’s Degree (MBA Finance) from Coventry University (UK) and first Degree in Accounting from University of Cape Coast. He is also a student of Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA), UK; as well as a student of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), USA. He also have certificate in Financial Modeling.

Prior to forming Perfect Time Micro-Credit Services, he was the team lead, Risk Management at the Seed Funds Savings and Loans Company ltd. He also worked as the Head of Credit at McOttley Money Lending, a subsidiary of McOttley Holdings. He was also a board member to Nene Foods Company ltd. He was very instrumental in the restructuring and the development of policies and procedures for the credit department. He was able to identify lots of loopholes and got those loopholes sealed to improve upon profitability. In less than six months after joining the company, he led his team to achieve award for exceeding loan recovery targets.

He started his career with ProCredit (Ghana), now Fidelity Bank, as a loan officer in 2008, the same year that he completed his first degree. Whilst as a loan officer, he received award as exceptional performer. He rose through the rank very quickly over his four and half years’ stay with the company. He rose to Credit Analyst, Medium Credit Analyst for the southern part of the country and finally as Credit Risk Screening Specialist. All of these upward movement in the career was as a result of his exceptional performance coupled with excellent analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, positive attitude towards work, and result oriented approach. He identified key loopholes that saved the institution from serious income leakages which ultimately improved upon the profitability of the company. He was very instrumental in the training and coaching of most of the credit analysts in the institution and made lots of recommendations which lead to further strengthening of policies and procedures, especially, in Risk Management

He was poached to Union Savings and Loans, now Ominibank as the Credit Risk Coordinator at the head office. Most of the forms and templates, policies and procedures were developed by him. In less than a year, he moved on to BEIGE Capital Savings and Loans as the only Lead Business Analyst in which he lead a team of relationship officers and business analyst. He later got promoted as credit analyst at the Risk Management Department at the head office.

He has couched a reputation for himself in most of the institutions that he has worked for as firm team leader, critical thinker with exceptional analytical skills and proven problem solving abilities which goes all out to get things done irrespective of the obstacles.

With this knowledge, skills, competencies and exposure in various financial institutions in the Country, he is right placed  to excel in leading a competent team to achieve success for Perfect Time Micro-Credit Services to make a mark in the industry and  contribute to the growth of the economy.



Stella Kumi Amuaful has over ten(10) years experience in business management, marketing, human relations and about two(2) years experience in credit operations. Stella Amuaful holds Diploma in Marketing from London Chamber of Commerce Institute (LCCI),UK, Diploma in Salesmanship from MAMSA(Managing and Marketing Sales Association), UK and a Diploma in Marketing from Harvaad College. She has experience in retail and wholesale of phone cards from previous business prior to the start in the sale of electricals in 2011. She operated an electrical shop from 2011 up to December 2016 where she left the electrical shop operation to join the start of Perfect Time Micro-Credit Services.

Stella Kumi Amuaful is a pioneer for the start of Perfect Time Micro-Credit Services. She started with the company in Jan 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer. She was initially the person in full charge for the running of the company until Frederick Amuaful who was initial working on part time basis with Perfect Time Micro-Credit came over in June 2017 to take the lead position on full time basis for her to take the assistant position.

She has undertaken lots of training programs in Credit Risk Management, Loan Recovery Management and Accounting programs since she started work with Perfect Time Micro-Credit Services.

She is married with two children and stays in own residence at Awoshie.

She is a God fearing Christian, smart and prudent entrepreneur with a focus.



Seth Ofori Twumasi a Managing partner of Mariseth consult is a graduate from university of Ghana and holds Bsc. Administration (Accounting) Mphil Finanace from the same University. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAG) and a Tax expert (CITG). He is a member of Association of Certified Chartered Economics (ACCE-USA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA-UK) and Chartered Financial Analyst, CFA-Ghana.

He has completed Chartered Diploma in Oil and Gas Accounting from ICAG, Ghana Stock Exchange Investment Course.

He is a PHD student from Nobel International Business School, specializing Taxation and Part time Lecturer at Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana and Chartered Institute of Taxation.

He has more than 12 years experience in financial services sector.

Seth’s passion for accounting is his unique advantage. He has better understanding of accounting standards (i.e. IFRS), Tax, Auditing and Business management.
